Signature Presentation
Transformational Times
John F. Kennedy noted that “change is the law of life.” As the first decade of the
21st century continues its advance, modern society is poised at the threshold
of the most striking chapter of change in history. From the continuing march of
computing and communications, the promise of biotechnology, the wonder of
nanotechnology, to the transformational effect of robotics, technology continues to
shape the new age in the image of information and knowledge advancement.
Against this backdrop of technological shift, society navigates the issues of
globalization, work, sustainability, and social justice. “The Transformational Times ”
presentation frames the future, asks difficult questions, and suggests possible
solutions. It considers Albert Einstein’s admonition for the emergence of the new
humanity, and offers thoughtful insights on what that new humanity might embrace.

Renewal
This presentation addresses the
individual and organization response to
change. Topics such as personal
leadership, adaptive strategies, and
flourishing during times of change are
explored.

Action Planning
This presentation describes an
accessible planning method that is
appropriate for individuals, smaller
ventures, and large organizations. Noting
the importance of personal vision,
mastery, and creative expression, the
Action Planning presentation suggests an
inside out approach that respects people
and enables positive change.
